I always thought Y&R's closings were boring. Just the red Y&R logo to the right. True story: When they went to the actor turning shots in the opening, I couldn't understand why they didn't use that same process in the closing credits -- just replace the Y&R logo with the revolving cast poses. Around Christmas holidays one year, after I had quit watching the show for years, the show's closing credits started one day, and when I looked, there were the cast shots in the credits. Blew me away!

I really miss hearing these closing credits. They were a part of Y&R for so long. It really stinks how the networks have ruined the closing credits for soaps. I'm glad we still get to hear most of the Price Is Right closing music.
