@glitttlemagpie yep, I was in high school when I developed an insane crush on him (of course for his looks). But then I found out he played bass (he plays what??) lol So I credit him for making me appreciate the bass guitar and his talent . Of course I also appreciate how he looks playing the bass lol but I digress :D

@supertonic22 sigh such is the curse of being devastatingly good looking :-) I feel his pain lol But seriously, I have total respect for him as a musician. I LOVE Duran Duran and he has always been my favorite. I have to admit I liked his looks. But then I gave him props for not riding on his looks and pursuing his music and becoming a distinguished bass player. Hell, I never even knew what a bass player was before JT.

Yes the man is hot, but I'm glad to see that there are those of you who realize that he's a very talented, if underrated, musician. But I've always been biased toward the bass players.

I completely agree...yes...he is a pretty face, but also and foremost AN AWESOME BASSIST! I can't liten to a song now without listening to the bass line. ALL BECAUSE OF JT!

I'm reading all your comments and can't help but realize that all of you are not listening to a word he's saying. He is more than just a pretty face - he's a bad-ass bass player, who's influenced a lot of musicians, including me.
