  • i absolutely love her outfit. what a great performance

  • She's so relaxed, it's like you're not watching an Olympic performance. Can't believe this is nearly 20 years old! NO.

  • Wow she came close to missing that combination, no height and leaning on the landings, I think technically Nancy had a much better program and deserved first place.

  • This lady makes every movement look smooth and effortless...it is hard to believe that this is the technical/original/short...whatever...GORGEOUS!! Kristi is so cute and talented that the fact that she is an athlete can easily be forgotten...and skating first...waiting....'seamless'...you said it Scott...Kristi earned her spot in that elite club and in the hearts of Americans (me for sure) with courage, grace, and integrity...really happy she went pro....

  • So well-done. The choreography made it hard to find fault with anything. Just what you want to do under the pressure-cooker atmosphere of the olympics. Very fine job.

  • im curious to know what kristi said after her program (6:47), prompting Kristi Ness to ask, "On which?" (and Kristi's response thereafter). (maybe yamaguchi being the perfectionist she seems to be thought her lutz into double toe was forced). thanks for posting this...i think out of all the olympic gold medalists from 1984 - 2010, Kristi's long program is the most impressive/memorable given the context (triple lutz/triple toe unmatched until yu-na's in 2010).

  • thanks for posting this, i love watching kristi
