How to sew a Bubble Skirt for your American Girl Doll

I tried it out and thought it was far too adorable to not make a video on! and it's chiffon fabric or knit fabric you should use. USE CHIFFON FOR THE SIMPLEST AND CUTEST! please leave a response of how you made yours and any questions or comments.
