  • thanks for reply.

i m from punjab, india(tried to find someone using macebell but couldnt)

i wanted to ask one more question,do you know any good old time exercise to strengthen lower back as i think shoulders and lower back strength are very important.

i am also a member of ur community.

i asked khalsasikh person the same question but he seems not interested.

    thank you for ur time

  • For the lower back I use dumbbell and kettlebell swings, I had a really bad injury to my lower back that almost crippled me, and swings really, really helped heal me up and get my lower back functional again.

  • really good video.inspirational.

i am from punjab and new to mace swinging.i wanted to know if mace swinging strengthens the shoulder sinews and if does any good to lower back.

    thank you

  • Yes, does a lot to strengthen and thicken shoulder sinews and adds mobility and power in the whole shoulder girdle. The lower back, not directly but being forced to keep the whole core locked in place does strengthen it up, however the upper back get a very good workout.

  • You are a beast!!!! That's awesome man. Love the modifications.

  • Thanks man. Hey I am going to be living near Fullerton CA here at the end of August, we should toss some kettles together!

  • It is of interest to note that the Great Gama was known to primarily work with gada in the 20-60 kg range. You are the only person I have been able to find so far who works with macebells at or above 30 kgs. In that sense, I consider you to be the only person who I have seen effectively demonstrate the true nature of gada as they were meant to be used by strong individuals.

  • thank you for replying.

best of luck for your future goals.
