@HenkyBacker.. thanks for your advice.. I might wait for the new G5 which is out soon..i think its the same sound quality but more specs.. Also, what does the Z-MP1 tone like?? Always liked the ADA tone.. Wondering if it could get a good Nuno tone..Cheers dude.

@beakf1 You can select the output mode to amp or using with phones the options.

im picking up my zoom g3 tommorow ive heard it though the amp and through just heaphones pluged direct into the back of the zoom it has a different sound again,do it also sound different when you plug it into ur laptop etc on cubase,and if so does it sound better or worse than an amp or just headphones :D

Can someone please tell me? How does this unit sound in an amp live? Not heard many good demos from this machine (apart from this) and was more impressed with the tone's on the g2 demo's.. it's gotta sound good through an amp coz im not into playing into a PC..

@MrJonezy79 The G3 features a special global setting to select what kind of equipment is connected, for example a combo or stack.
This really helps in making it sound good through an amp.
The G3 is miles ahead of the G2 because the dynamic response is much much better.
