How To:
With your left side facing the machine, grab the cable handle from above your head with both hands. Twist away from the machine until you are facing to your right. Rotate your hips and keep your arms straight as you bring the handles from above your shoulders on the left to below your hips on the right. Slowly return to starting position and repeat on each side.

I don't understood what the meaning of: from high right to low left.
Is it means that I need facing to my left?
And...if I need facing to my left so is 'vise versa' means that I need facing to my right like in the video?
