24 led hand positions which gives 2-3 mins resolution per hand, the inner ring displaying seconds hand (2-3 second resolution)

Video shows leds flickering, which cant be seen by eye.

do you have to program the PIC16F877 ?

@dylanll7 Yes, the PIC16F877 is microcontroller with programming memory space, which you load a hex file onto using a programmer

This project would only suit those with a lot of spare time and patience!

I have not published any software for it, and have a couple of bugs to fix.
