Why should fetuses, who are not even developed enough to know or feel anything, have more rights than people who are already born? Fetuses aren't conscious and can't make decisions..You want fetuses to have rights, but don't give a SHIT whether it will be wanted, cared for or healthy enough to survive once born? @Hexl702 YES They should do it early in a clinic. But the dam prolifers are trying to kill government funding for poor women and they close abortion clinics near certain womens area. Yes im against back alley abortions because there dangerous to a womens health.

Im prochoice too, women should not be forced to endure pregnancy if they dont want to.

However, i cant be totally against prosecuting people who kill fetuses under certain circumstances, we dont want guys stomping on girls' stomachs, either.

I guess theres times pro-choicers suck at the message, too - we need to do a

better job of suggesting to women that if theyre gonna abort,

its better to do it in a clinic, early.

@Hexl702 an abortion because she doesnt have to give birth are two very different things and really shouldnt be a comparison. The government cant force women to bear children for the state.

@Hexl702 I dont know all the details to that story but apreantly that women was around 8-9months pregnant and she was having contractions so her baby was about to be born when he was stomping on them. If she was like 1 month pregnant and she had an miscarriage sure he woulda still been sent to jail for illegal abortion but wouldnt have been charged with murder. Either way on whether or not someone else attacking and harming a women and killing her fetus and a women seeking

Not necessarily. There was a Texas case - a guy stomped on his girlfriend's twin fetuses & killed em (she asked him to) . She survived. He was convicted of 1st deg. murder

and got life in prison. Presumably because he couldnt have the intent to undo

the pregnancy (he wasnt pregnant), the logic was he acted with intent to kill &

malice aforethought. That'll get you in big trouble.

@esh325 For someone to be charge with double homocide if both the mother and fetus dies but not with any murders if only the fetus dies. Means that the person charge with murder is dependent on if the mother dies not the fetus This means the fetus cannot be claimed to be an equal life because a person gets charge with 2 murders if both of them dies but the charged with 0 if only the fetus dies A fetus is not an equal life then is it if it has to be reliant on the mother dying as well

@esh325 Yea I get that a lot from pro lifers. But they don't seem to understand a simple concept I only get charged with double homicide if the women dies to. Hypotechically if I attack a pregnant women And she loses the unborn fetus but she herself doesnt die I dont get charged with any murders.
