Satirical? Yes..Funny? without doubt...Blasphemous? Anti-Christian? Definitely not - I had a Christian background/upbringing,and I'm not a fan of all that simplistic,shock- your- parents "Satanic" metal,etc (although some of the music is incredible!)..but this song is very far from all that. The songwriter may or may not believe in God,I don't know, but the song is actually quite heartfelt and beautiful - I really believe that. Drug references? It says "If he WANTED to",not "He would have" :)

Yeah, sort of on a time crunch for it. That was the only version that was on itunes, so short of stealing the song it was all I could get in time to finish the video.
