Love the spyderbot... I have been looking at these for sometime (15k competitor vs. this 3k alternative). Any ideas for adding items missing, autofocus, vacuum hold down, run time meter. How is the water cooled laser holding up vs. sealed laser, any idea on the number of hours you have logged on the tube,

notice any change in power, etc.? I SO WANT TO GIVE ONE OF THESE A TRY!!!

So far the thing works great. I've cut a lot of stuff on it. I'm not sure how many hours, but... if the laser burnt out tomorrow, I'd be pretty happy with it. Its still going strong, though. No noticeable weakening of blasting ability.

1. I do understand youtube culture, and hating others is the cool thing to do. A few people have told me that they used to be these "retards." ...and that it helped to have someone not treat them like retards to snap out of it. Contrary to popular belief, I can address the fact that people are difficult without my blood pressure going through the roof.

That machine is completely amazing! I am extremely tempted to purchase something like this but I live near TechShop so that's a better alternative for me at the moment.

Jaimie, i bought the 40w deluxe hobbie laser and i´ve had worst 2 weeks dealing with Full Spectrum, it came with the tube broken, by the way i´m located in Chile, so i guess the support sucks for other countries, they sent me a new tube but labeled it as " repair and return" so now i have to deal with customs and i might have to pay for a SPARE PART!!!
