  • Sweet ... one thing tho with servos like that proberbly a good idea to change you movment arms for plastic one

there much lighter have the same stifness and the major factor is if you crash ... the arms are more likerly to break than stripping your servo gear .. couple of quid for new arm ... quite consiably more for 3 bran new servos

  • @RotorHead2652 I tried plastic,. due to the levearge of the arm, it still can break gears. In using these servos, the top cover breaks. So its the same price for plastic arms and the top cover. In flight, the aluminum arms give zero flex, which is much needed due to the speed and torque these servos put out.

  • Ko Propo's 951's on 7.4v

  • Man thays some bad glitching you have there. Lol

  • have you upgraded to metal servo gears? i just put brass gears in my align ds510's and aluminum align servo arms, so far they function really well, but even metal gears can strip. thats just the way it goes.

    best of luck!

  • Whoa! That is very fast and that servo are very strong!

  • Haha funny. I could do the same with my Align DS520 at 6.2 volts.

  • @Killirishred yeah i see , but if you have plastic arms you can prevent from buying new geas at all just have a spair horn , but trust me i used the ink the ds510s or ds620s were indistructable , they are not .. after you plant them 2ice its game over the gears can strip , and the ball racers are nackered , and the pots are normally the first to burn out ... by the time youve spent money on all that you might as well buy a new servo

  • @RotorHead2652 servos like that can be opened up and the gears replaced, for only 3 or 4 dollars. or quid. most likely those servos have metal gears now anyways, so they'll never break. i use ds510 on my 500 and they are working out great!

  • ho tells me its not on fast forward ?? xD
