  • ya the gold side looks more natural on her!!

  • @LisaLuvsMAC Oh about the hair. Carol Jacksons book says on winters the best are blue black, ash tones, Burgundy red, and natural platinum blondes.

Winters age the best as white hair looks awesome on them. :D

  • Sorry, but by the video i would put rusty, terracota and coral colors on her. Gold and blue are very difficult color to put on people. If oftenly turns out messy and weird looking. I have recently done a makeup course and hte guy told me that as i have a pink undertone I had to avoid pink color for blush, so my skin (and my very red acne) would look better. Yhe same could be said for yellowish tones as your daughter, golden eyshadow, okay, but lipstick... not so sure..

  • @mariapaulagl I would quit that make up course.

Gold and blue can be awesome together.

This is just a COMPARISON video. Didnt you listen to it?

Read Carol Jacksons book called Color me beautiful. It can change your life.

  • Great experiment.

  • @amarige25 Thanks :D

  • @all4one1fourall Thanks so much! That's very good to know!!!

  • I think it would look better if you put all warm makeup on her first and then showed her wearing all cool makeup, we could tell the difference better. Also, the yellow light in the background makes her skin look yellowish.

  • @Masqueradia LOL That must be something new but if I remember correctly some woman have a dominating season & a secondary season where they can get away with wearing a few colors from that season.

The newest book I got was 10 yrs ago & they just came out with a new book about 2 yrs ago. Bur for some reason I didnt like so I didnt buy it.

It wasnt written by Carol Jackson.

I do know that 10 yrs ago they said that winters can now wear light golds and black browns.

Experiment & see what works 4U

  • Here's an akward thing... I don't think blues look so good on me but everyone says pinks, which are cool colors do. I went to a Color Me Beautiful salon and they told me I was a "Early Winter, Late Autumn"... ok... what's that mean?
