oK, I'm totaly lost. This may have nothing to do with the video, but I got my ipod like a month ago and about two weeks ago, everytime I plugged up my ipod touch and turned on itunes, it started deleting my songs instead of syncing them in. I would really appreciate if someone could help me cause I'm going to be really pissed if this thing isn't working right and I wasted my money

It would have been nice to know that this doesn't work for iTunes movies BEFORE downloading all of this... Saying "iTunes files" makes it sound like it removes DRM from more than just music...

i fucking quit. i literally spent 5 hours trying to unprotect my music files so i could put them on my sd card, and still no success. Even recorded it with audacity and exported as a mp3file, and it is still saying i need to unprotect the file or some shit. This is so frustrating. :@
