for those of you that do not like unions then dont work for a company that has one!!
otherwise if you want your job protection and not be a puppet to your boss when he tells you jump then join us and fight the good fight!!! CWA..

I was told that only union members hired before 2003 had job security. anyone hired after 2003 can be laid of....i dont know what is the truth. Iam a CSA in the NJ FSC and we are told we might get fired after three years so they can replace us with cotractors. is this true? if so then we will not buy our home. anyone with info please let me know, I was hired 6/6/05 -

Actually, management have more rifs because the company cannot rif union.

The lower management benefits are not directly related to what you get. I'm in healthcare and have seen your copays listed on your insurance card verses what is listed on my card (spouse of as the spouse of a management employee). $75 ER Visit is not = to the $15 ER copay I saw on a CWA Verizon Aetna card just last week. We've paid a small portion of our benefits for years. Some companies, like where I work, make employees pay $452 every two weeks for crappy insurance.
