Really? you didn't notice he had permission, and was under the supervision of the NYPD.. I mean there was a Cop car there where he was flying if you watched the video all the way threw. As long as he stays under 400 feet with in 3 miles of the Airport and has the buddy system hooked up also keeping the aircraft under 15 lbs and don't exceed the speed of 70 mph.. He is completely Legal. So that being said, You don't know what the fuck your talking about..
