after having watched this I came back to say if you ignore the horrible makeup fx this is actually a very well-written espionage thriller, even if it is not action-heavy. Just know that it's not another killer cyborg sci-fi movie.

I remember reading this novel (Who?) as a teenager. It's one of my all time books. I saw this movie quite a while afterwards, and when I found out it was based on Who? was extremely disappointed, especially with the prosthetics and make-up. I'd really love to see a novel faithful remake of this, now that effects technology can do it justice.
