Way back when 35 mm film was used for movie production they did tons of sticking and film doubling for added effects.

Am not saying it's not real just very easy to add any effects I'n 35mm film. There's also signs of frame stitching but way to much distortion for anyone to judge this. Good post just the same.

Often the white blurry figures that you see in such videos are nothing more than cobwebs or insects close up to the camera. This could explain why the shutter appears to be continually readjusting and you have this zooming effect on the screen. Could also be film error, stress marks as others have suggested. Lots of possibilities, even paranormal. Thanks for posting it, anyway.
