i don't understand what is this fuss about aol. I had aol and i was very satisfied with the service. yes, there is holding time when you call, but if everyone calls for every little thing that can be done online, of course there are a lot of calls, ergo the holding time. Not to mention, only by reading these comments i realize that you probably talk like that on the phone too, wasting a lot of time with just being ill educated instead of actually solving the problem. so let's be honest...
