If you're an organization that employs Knowledge Workers, you know all too well what the expression 'war for talent' means. That's where we can help.

In the world of Human Resource Development (HRD), there are two main organizational models. One model sees organizations as large, unwieldy, mechanistic systems that need to be closely controlled according to well-defined logical initiatives. Employees are considered to be interchangeable extensions of existing physical operations. Managers are reluctant to deal with 'people problems' because employees are seen as unpredictable, irrational and, worst of all, uncontrollable.

In the Organic HRD model, High-Performance Organizations are dynamic, organic systems of human beings who have willingly come together to imagine, design, and deliver world-class products and/or services in a supportive, interdependent environment, delight their customers/clients and, of course, make a profit. This is known as the 'triple bottom line' and it is the new gold standard of organizational excellence.
