http://www.andersonroe.com | The Anderson & Roe Piano Duo perform Samuel Barber's "Pas de deux" from Souvenirs, Op. 28.

Filmed and produced by Greg Anderson & Elizabeth Joy Roe

Both the piece and the video are featured on the Anderson & Roe Piano Duo's debut album, "Reimagine." Greg Anderson & Elizabeth Joy Roe showcase their unique approach to classical music and the piano duo genre in this adrenalized album, featuring breathtaking music, a hard-core performance of Stravinsky's 'Rite of Spring,' and a bonus DVD of music videos.

  • We added the LP "rumble and ticks" to give this video a timeworn aura. Barber wanted the piece to evoke a sense of nostalgia, and we wanted our video to do the same.

  • why aren´t they partners?

  • @eco001 : In my very personal opinion the noise, scratches, etc. are an intentional effect to make this video look like an "oldie", even filmend somewhere between B&W and sepia; the props, clothes and, by all means the music make me feel in the past. Isn't it possible that the negative votes were "typos", I mean both litlle hands are too close one another. I would show this comment in a permanent basis. Sorry to disagree.
