@kingk1132 -Had to do some research- From what I've read there are no usable Manakates in this game. However there are some in other games. For your own research this Fire Emblem is known as "Rekka no Ken," or Fire Emblem VII

@Empolo18 well thats unfortunate, at least it changed in Fire Emblem The Sacred Stone, and also are Manakete's in this one?

@kingk1132 This game only has one level promotions. And I'm pretty sure Oswin was at Lv.20 when I promoted him. In anycase, his stats were already really beast like, so it's not a huge deal.
