I just got my home mod through BofA. Now I'm hearing reports that BofA is renageing on people. If BofA does it to me..... They would a big mistake. I'll return this house to them in a way.... It will be of need to be burnt down and rebuilt. I'll start with pourin fresh concrete into the drain pipes.

@FAQEER - I wish I new why...I think next year (2011) will be interesting as Banks start to foreclose more. Unfortunately, the government programs designed to help struggling homeowners has helped only a fraction of the people eligible.

Hi Jthetinman - I've heard that B of A sells off the loans to another company and then that company is changing things. Either way, it's not right. If they give you a deal, they should stick by it, even if the loan gets sold off to another company. I hope they treat you fair!

SCAM They don't modify mortgages. They used all the money to pay the bonus of execs~!

@scottp104 Thanks for your comments. You are not alone in your frustrations.In fact, from the research I have found, they don't think that even half of the loan mods in process will actually get modified.
