yepp it's a tv show. The main character is the pyro. He is on a quest to find a flower in one briefcase of 5000 briefcases.

So where exactly did you get this video in the first place?

What happened was, someone noticed that if you did a YouTube search for Meet the Spy, you would get a hit from Valve's account. They had already deleted it - but it was still watchable from iPod Touches/iPhones. I used an iPhone program called MxTube to download the video to my iPod and then uploaded it to YouTube.
