Well the main reason of a warm up is to get your body moving, stretch your muscles, increase your body temperature, move your joints, prevent injury and this is crucial to prepare your body for the workout.

No matter how bad you want to begin exercising in order to lose the weight, a warm up should never be neglected!

  • wait a sec i´m not getting it, i´m seeing contestants from S7 and 8! and they are all chubby, when that video was made? Because Tara, from S7 shouldn´t be with that body and Danny from S8 also...i´m so lost here...HELP please?
