Ahhh it is under Tokyo Tower, I saw a little bit of it in a YTer video by Luciditi...I like the psychadelic sounds there man!

@InuitAldebaran german had not paid attention for their highly musical innovation until early 90's when electronic music became popular. not only german but also another ones. without them, no new wave sound or what electronic sound is today!
more than this thought it was so strange there are stuffs like this in Tokyo tower. who knows Agitation Free or Gila among tourists!
