The Defenders kicked-off their first offensive the battle against sexual exploitation of children by the sex industry and its buyers by airing the TV and radio pubic service announcement, "She Has a Name."

Aired in three key cities, and nationwide on the Fox network for a week, the PSA revealed the addictive harms of the sex industry and garnered the support of thousands. From every state in the nation, Defenders immediately went to their computers and took The Defenders' pledge. Their strong response brought the issue to the forefront of public debate, and although opposition took note, it is clear The Defenders and the values they protect are gaining momentum throughout the United States.

Sexual exploitation of children is a serious issue and needs to be addressed, but not like this. This is just ignorant "Defenders" trying to scare people with phony statistics. It's aimed specifically at people who aren't net-savvy and don't realize how insane their claims are. These nuts are doing a real disservice to people who actually care about the issue and want to do something productive and helpful.

I like how these manipulative clowns don't cite a source for their statistics, probably because they'd then have to admit that they're completely fabricated. Average age is 12? Where, Bulgaria? 1 in 5 images is of a child? I think not. Like 99% of the adult male population, I've perused the occasional porn website since, oh, 1996 or so. You know how many times I've come across a sexual image of a child? Zero. People who want to look at that kind of crap have to look hard for it.

All pornography is wrong. What about pornography that is performed between a married couple for the sake of helping other married couples explore their sexuality as a means of growing closer. These types of videos do exist I just found a few, they are specifically marketed for married couples encouraging new techniques to make a marriage better. The people in the video are almost always Married couples. This has no redeeming qualities, helping a marriage?

I'm in Med School, I'm not a Porn consumer as I've stated, however, The need to "release" every once in a while is a trait carried throughout our evolution, so if they don't have a girfriend which is better going out and getting a prostitute and spreading disease or watching a dirty movie? but I don't have a problem with LEGAL pornography among consenting adults. I'm against ALL pedophilia and underage girls on film and the consumers of that are sick and belong in jail.
