3D lip sync test

I made a lip-sync using Trent, from 'Starport Pest Control', which can be viewed at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2pnvyoAxrd0 ...This is my first attempt at some 3D animation involving more acting. Critiques are very welcome. I learned Maya almost entirely from online tutorials, so there may be a few problems. I see a lot of things I would have liked to fix, maybe his arms are moving around too much, and also his teeth appear an unappealing blue. I had a lot of fun animating his face.
