The problem with mugen souls compared to hyper dimension is the censoring they did hurt sales in their niche market. And unlucky more mainstream games where people just yell but buy the game anyway the niche group that NISA targets isn't nearly as forgiving. That is the current issue with this game because if they censor the game again it will ruin their sales.

I doubt NISA looks at reviews; I believe it's about sales, and HdN did well, so they brought over the sequel, and then the third game. I don't know about Mugen Souls, but reviews I really don't think have to do with localization of further games in a series to NISA.

You might be right, though they still brought over the sequels of Hyperdimension Neptunia, even though the first game did really poorly. Not to mention, they're also bringing over Time and Eternity as well, which again, didn't do too well either. So there's still some hope, not much, but still something. For now though, NISA wants to put more hype on Time and Eternity, Disgaea D2, and The Guided Fate Paradox, all of which I'll be getting for sure :3
