Anyone notice the bobble in the intro when she went to the wrong side of the podium? Camera shot to her as she corrected herself. Still, I agree it's the best moment of the series. PYL didn't last more than two seasons on GSN as well; it'd be nice to see it return to the networks.

For a replica of the classic P.Y.L. board, I think this is one of the best moments of that Gameshow Marathon series that Ricki Lake hosted.
It goes to show that Ricki Lake can also host P.Y.L. if she wanted to.

I remember seeing this for the first time, and I was so happy to see my favorite game show come back for one night.

Thanks so much for posting this. I was addicted to this show as a young child, and I know I'm not the only one who misses it. Seeing the old set roll out like that is one of those nice goosebumps moments!

Sadly, it is not the original set, but a damn good replica.
Gameshow Marathon may have, as a whole, been medicore at best, but I can honestly say seeing this episode brought a tear to my eye.

I want you to tell me if my Match Game memory is correct based on celebrities but there is a catch to this game, only one celebrity sat in the same chair on the Gene Rayburn version of Match Game.

Far as I can remember, Betty White sat on the right side of the bottom tier, just as she did during the show's run.
