I read somewhere that you should add a little bit of water to the butter to prevent it from burning, or is it not necessary to add water into the butter using this mason jar method?

@EwAtSoN27 - ya, i tried explaining that to someone else as well.. i believe when u vape the bud, u kill all the thc not leaving any to be made into kief... hey, at least u had the balls to try it!!! ;))

cool vid, thanks for sharing!! If i could just add... mixing the water and butter does make for an extra step in the process, but its well worth it when you consider that the water will absorb the chlorophyll and other water based solubles that might end up in the finished butter...

btw those nugs at the start looked pretty yummy too!!! lucky git!!! ;-)

@jmoose1990 do you have a fan over your stove? if yes than put the lid like he does and turn the fan on highest it should be well enough. i live in a small appartment too.
