  • Exactly the same theory taught in Kung Fu, TKD, MT etc. It doesn't happen all at the same time.

  • I took this guys advice...after doing my punches in sequence like this guy said I started moving the bag alot more not pushing but snapping the punches in with penetration...it makes the world difference

  • @mslashea yes you are correct.

THIS VIDEO IS AN OPINION ON A HOOK and a flawed one at that frankly its impossible to be in violation of 'differentiated rotation' whatever that means, because boxing is a sport of functional movements nothing segmented about it and way to chickenwing coach man you should work out our gym! Dont listen to this guy unless you like eating body shots. Hes teaching you his hook instead of a great fighters passed down hook. Hows his pro career? Mayweathers lefthook.

  • just like this Nonito vs Montiel fight

    watch?v=ubsPdXVLOps&NR=1

  • 5:41 I like that 'delivering force to my opponent'

  • @fds4eva thats bc he;s always training for a fight....or at least staying in shape

  • 5 people weren't able to throw a powerful hook

  • @LeungTingWT name 1 fighter? I just said in my last post floyd and pac started the same or almost the same weight which was about 106lbs and he was only 16 years old them lols. What is the problem of a fully grown ass man walking around at 140-147lbs when he is not on training? Man most fighters balloon up even 20lbs or more when they are not training for a fight BUT pac has always walked around 140-147lbs even if he is not training for a fight LOL...

  • @mslashea yea you're right..i boxed in england south africa and australia, and this guy didn't learn hooking in a boxing gym,the small guy has got no whip to his hook either, pivot your left foot sure but you gotta whip your punches in

  • @nightblazer. Fuck you and u dont kno me. Like I said the way this motherfucker threw the hook was wrong. And im a fighter you cant tell me shit. Im trained by an olympic gold medalist
