Apply a bead of waterproof silicone around the stuffing box joints on the inside and outside of the hull, wait for it to dry for at least 24 hours and then just add some vassilin.

How do you run the prop out of the bottom without water flowing in the hole....I'm trying to build a STAB boat from scratch as a complete beginner.

nice end course idea of the direction pad :) next time, make an encouder, the servo motor of the stearing could be arranjed for 8$usd, if the contact of the end course be a little rusty, u know what it mean :) 360 boat till batery end :)
