I'm the one shooting and I do work for Comcast as an install technician. I got the dish from a customer who didn't want it anymore after they switched to us.
As far as shooting straight, the dish was so riddled with holes to begin with from shooting it earlier with .22, 9mm, .40, .45, 5.56, and 12 gauge slugs that a lot of the shots went straight through. Watch it again you can see that the shots are ending right behind the dish in a consistent pattern.
