SILS Opening Ceremony Waseda Universtiy Tokyo: Opening Speech from Dean.

The speech was in three parts but, well, I didn't really record the other two. Basically, he just talked about the university and stuff, first in English, then in Japanese. This portion is his basic speech. I'm sorry I don't have the very beginning, my camera was being silly. I also apologize for the horrible sound and video quality. I sadly was using my digital camera which doesn't have the best set up for taking videos.

Anyway, the video is of the speech. He basically is relating the Japanese trains and basic train transportation to life. Though slightly generic, I still enjoyed his speech.

Again, apologize for terrible sound and video quality. Maybe someday I'll get a decent video camera and use that. :P
