Absolutely stunning. How can people be so mistaken in their recognition of goodness and evil ? Most moving. I wish I could feel we have moved on and no longer make mistakes, b ut mankind is still flawed and terrified at worst and uncomfortable at best with intrinsic purity of thought and action. Most thought-provoking.

@Dzzy123 those people attacked in the end because they recognized joan as a saint and the church as barbaric, the guards had the weapons and were fighting to control the crowd.
