Arched backs, unstable core, imbalanced movements, and too heavy weights with poor form. One of the absolute worst recipes for disaster i have ever seen. How this gym hasnt been sued for negligence is beyond me. Its only a matter of time. As a physician familiar with crossfit, i can say that this gym needs to be shut down, and at the very least have their crossfit affilitation revoked. I was horrified and disgusted at what they were encouraging people to do.
