Having reached the age of 53 and finding I am out of breath after just a little exertion I have decided to give running a go. I was inspired by the BBC series The Origins of Us. The presenter, Alice, I can't remember her sir name, said that we modern humans have a major difference in our anatomy from our relatives the apes, we have narrow hips and long legs which we have developed as our bodies have evolved to run. She went on to say that a human can run down any other animal on the planet. I presume she means endurance and not speed as I have seen examples on TV of hunters steadily chasing pray such as an antelope which eventually collapsed with exhaustion. So running must be the natural exercise for a homosapien such as me.
Hi iHeartMoet thanks for your comment but what exactly does LOL stand for, is it: Leg Of Left, Light Offal liquid, Lamp On Landing, Leg Over Loosely I hope so.
