lol . he probably sees himself in the glass and thinks its another dragon.arm waving is a passive message, to indicate submission when a larger or more dominant beardie is near by.

Nope, as far as I know (and I'm no expert), pretty much all beardies do the waving thing. Nobody seems to have a conclusive answer as to why. There's all sorts of theories, but it's something nobody knows.
