@erroria lol yeah. it happened to me with a 2200mF that had the wrong voltage printed. It's value was marked as 25V but it exploded at 18V just 3 inches away from my face.

thts nothing i let once an 4000uF cap explode that was like a bomb.. thank god it was under a hood :D

lol same thing happened to me and it scared the crap outta me and i think i felt a trinkle down my leg! lol at only a 14v ryobi drill battery!

Did the same thing by accident with a 10 volt 47uF capacitor across just only a 12 volt battery.
