That is a Mestizo and most White Hispanics are no where near those numbers. Albeit, most people in the world have admixture, but White Hispanics are mostly White with little admixture, just like U.S. Whites.

The people that you are calling "Hispanic" in the U.S. are mixed race people of Native American/White called Mestizo in Latin America.
