I'm not sure if I'm the first person to do this yet or not, but the myth is solved and it IS possible to put Call of Duty 4 on your iPod Touch!! It took me forever to do and depending on how many hits this video gets, I might put up a vid showing you how I pulled it off. I downloaded the Xbox version on the game and was even able to recover my account! Enjoy!

Dude... nice video editing, it would actually be believable if it wasn't so impossible. I like how you took the time to coordinate the controls for them to look realistic.
Note: There is a game out there for iOS and Android by Gameloft, similar to CoD, called Modern Combat, there's already 3 Modern Combat titles out there, and are similar to CoD's Modern Warfare series. I suggest trying them out! :D
