Surely it wasn't actually banned, it was just pulled because immediately after 9/11 it seemed to be in poor taste, using the world trade center to catch aircraft.

if memory serves , i remember this teaser just a couple of weeks before 911. So eerie.

IF they had kept this teaser post 911- it would have been too soon.

i dont get, just because an explosion on the London underground happend it doesn't stop explosions on the tube in movies. so why arnt choppers alowed to be caught with a web inbetween the twins. someone pls reply

I will never understand the reasoning behind this. The World Trade Center is destroyed, so we're to pretend it NEVER EXISTED? If anything, it's a pretty cool trailer that uses the towers for something pretty cool.

This movie was low on CGI, but had a well written story, great character's Goblin costume lame, Spider-man costume, very close to the comics.
