@mannymaan While Chaplin may have been an Atheist, it does not make his speech untrue, Your own prejudice is not allowing you to see the truth of his words of compassion and love because you are so willing to judge others through the lens of your perception. God does live within us and has given us this world and a free will. What we make of it is our own doing. The human species is doomed. We've only occupied this earth for a few 100k years.. Other dominant species lasted millions and yet, still became extinct just like 99.9% of all species, ever.. Why is it mankind feels special? Our arrogance makes us feel superior to natural selection just because we are conscious to our own mortality.

@detersbb I never once said, "I would be taking you to the showers". I said, "they meaning government would lead you to the showers". You can choose to live your life however but don't tell people they shouldn't fight for what they believe the way they see fit. Even the Shaolin Monks believe using self defense when necessary. Each person should will absolute power over themselves instead of government dictating what they must do. I guess you don't consider out of control gov's hi on power, I do.
