  • I viewed the stoplist for this organ and I didn't know this has Tuba Mirabilis, the organ I play does too. i wasn't sure if it was used in this piece or not. I think it is but it's hard to tell it might be at around 0:50 it's hard to tell.

  • Anybody know the status of this organ? Last I heard the organist left and the organ was going out of tune. If I could, I would go up there and tune it myself! It would be such a shame to see the Mighty Moller at Calvary go to the wayside. Any updates?

  • @motobkemstr The organ is still in use, though sparingly, which is why the last organist resigned. The new organist is only there part-time, but they have continued giving a monthly recital; one of the gentlemen that helps to maintain the organ performed the last one.

  • I never knew that in order to appreciate the beauty of the music there was a requirement that one must be an organist - silly me!

  • The only comment which is inspired in me when I hear this is: Glory to God!

It is in use every week and played masterfully by a lady organist. It is constantly being tuned and serviced.
