some helpful pointers to prevent you from wasting time and money sending your PC to a computer repair shop. NOTE: I am not in any way a professional computer repair tech. Repeating what you see in this video is done at your own risk. I'm not reaponsible if you screw something up and damage or distroy your PC, or get hurt.

with that said sit back and enjoy

  • You forgot to re-apply thermal paste!!! Thats one of the things you need for it! lol

  • I didn't forget. At 5:13 I show the pack of paste, than at 5:18 I show where it goes, than at 5:21 you see the paste already put on and I mention putting it on with my fingers.

  • @Federal3t22

Dude, you should show those stuff, it's one of most important.

  • @Nigrilla Are you talking about the thermal paste application? I did show where to put it, than showed it applied. I think anyone would ge tthe idea of opening the package, and smearing it on. If someone's that much of a moron, and can't figure out how to open the package, and just how to apply it, than they should just leave the repair to someone who somewhat has a brain. .

  • i know this video is old but i was hoping for a reply,im 16 and i want to buy a fan for my computer to reduce the heat and i dont know what find of cooler is alrdy in my pc but its HUGE it goes from the motherboard to about 1/3 of height till it reaches the top case the fan also has kinda like, a cylinder around the perimiter of the fan to about 2/3rds of the height of the case, does this mean my fan is absolute crap? would replacing it with a 15$ cooler be a good start? thanks please reply!

  • @Federal3t22

oh, didnt see that. you called it grease too. its nothing like grease....it doesnt lubricate it.

  • @codman6594 hahaha epic fail xD

  • Up to 3 fans? Wow, if you count the one in my power supply i have 7. I can make that 8 easily.

Then again my case is the size of an elephant.

And $20+tax? I can get a cooler like that for ~£6 inc. VAT

  • You should see the sirens I drew on paint.

  • trying to. don't have any real good editting tools, so I'm playing around with microsoft paint, and a few pics I have trying to make it look less like a 3rd grader put it together, and more like a decent banner
