Talking with your child about sexuality can be challenging. Watch as Planned Parenthood educators share some tips and tricks to starting the conversation with your son or daughter.
Tell me this is joke, your watching a show with your child where a couple is having sex. Have you lost your mind? Man this is why we are so screwed up as a country.
2000yrCatholic - What video did watch? Did you just come in here to knock PP because that fits your agenda? In the video they discuss talking about sex using your values which they discussed might include waiting until "you're married and committed relationship."
I got the talk in stages, as I remember. I think around 8 or so I got the biological explanation (sperm + egg= baby) and something about menstruation. I got the penis+ vagina= sex part a couple years later.

I asked my dad how the rooster's sperm got through the egg shell to fertilize the egg.
He gave me the whole "talk". I didn't have the heart to tell him that I knew how people did it ... I just wanted to know about that egg shell.

@2000yrCatholic That would be because in today's society Planned Parenthood is taking a more realistic approach.

Why would I be watching, with my 11-year old child, a movie with people having sex?? Aren't those called ADULT movies?

Thanks. Sometimes I try to explain something and everybody's face goes blank. Glad I was able to do OK this time.
