@niteskies2000 not drama-less, otherwise he wouldnt be in love with her and helping her during s7 with maggie! Which was actually the time his "crush" had started. Also, how can he love a "drunk" more than a "sober" abby. She's been telling him all that time when they had that important, big warm friendship fase that drugs were something you needed to stay off of, so it's logic he feels the same way about Abby's drinking, with me meetings and all that

@ptsrrrr tierney also said she would love that carter would really make abby more happy than shed been in a long time, and took that idea with her in the actual acting, so she had that power to kinda decide abby was in a happier fase once shed be together with carter

The worst thing, though, is that the writers decided to go crazy and marry Abby to Luka. I mean, what the hell was that? "Okay Carby fans, that ship has sailed and now it's time for LUBY! 8D" Gosh, that was such a slap in the face. So then I tried to find some comfort from fellow Carby fans but it seems that no one remembers them anymore. Now it's all about Luby. IMO, Carter and Abby were one of the best couples in TV history and it sucks balls that even their fan community seemes to have died.

I just found out that next thursday they're starting reruns of ER in Finland. I started thinking about Carby and got a little nostalgic so I decided to rewatch seasons 7, 8 and 9. I thought it would be fun - which it was at first - but when the end of season 9 started to come to an end, I got anxious. I couldn't watch the last couple of episodes because I knew what was coming. I remembered how much I loved Carter and Abby and my shipper heart couldn't bear to watch their break-up again :/

Awesome song, perfect for the video. I love that you showed it was lots of things that got in the way of their happiness and they kept trying to conquer the obstacles, but eventually they both just got to tired to fight. Great video!

exactly. i think carter was in love with the clean, sober, drama-less abby. he had very high expectations, and when they weren't being met, he couldn't handle it.
