Armin Profanter describes his challenge for the restaurant service competition today at WorldSkills Calgary 2009. Today the challenge is on bar service where Armin must prepare cocktails and appetizers for the guests.He trained for five months at his home in South Tyrol, Italy, in preparation for the 40th WorldSkills Competition in Calgary.Restaurant service is more complex than many people think, and Armin explains some of the things that are involved in his skill.
