LET US FORGET ABOUT THE EFFICACY OF THIS EXCESS LIQUID IN A TIPPY CUP RULE. I AM NOT MAKING FUN OF THE RULE. I UNDERSTAND THE CONCERN OVER CONTRABAND SUBSTANCES. I FEEL VERY SORRY FOR THE TSA OFFICER WHO IS FORBIDDEN TO MAKE THE DETERMINATION THAT THE LIQUID, IN THE SIPPY CUP, BEING CARRIED BY A WOMAN WITH SECRET SERVICE CREDENTIALS, IS INDEED WATER.

I am a dark-skinned man, with no secret service credentials, and there is no way in hell that I would get away with carrying a bottle of water into a plane and I am not a bit more dangerous than this woman is. Oh well, TSA officers should be able to exercise their discretion; actually any nonwhite person knows what that means in this country.That's why we have RULES and that's why EVERYBODY should follow them.

Fly through Reagan National Airport at your own risk. This is similar to when the police beat up a girl at Reagan National Airport in DC. They assaulted this girl and gave her a serious brain injury and made her entire body black and blue. Then they arrested HER and charged her with a made up crime to cover up the police brutality. The airport police are supposed to be there to protect us from terrorists, not beat up and harass young women, mothers and babies.

Are you people crazy!, .. the first people who stopped her where TSA, the video is from where she was turned away and sent back out of screening! Now, the woman is a SECRET SERVICE agent, TSA are you F&%N kidding me??TSA agents who look like the week before they got their job where selling crack on the street, suddenly have power to push people around. I can understand people loosing it, ..

If they used common sense they could easily determine who is a potential risk and who is not. The people at the TSA pick out obviously harmless people in order to seem like they are undiscriminating. The underwear bomber was an obvious threat (he booked an overseas flight and checked no luggage for one thing). That asshole didn't get checked out, yet the TSA are strip-searching the elderly, stealing from babies, and feeling-up amputees.
